This blog post will give you are short preview of a feature we are currently working on: Quick View.
The Quick View feature in Simple History will add an admin bar item that you can hover to display your audit log in a compact format.
It even works on the frontend – so the site history is always just a mouse hover away. No need to go to a separate page to view what other users are doing on your website. There is not even the need to go to the WordPress admin of the website to see the log!
We have been playing with this function on some websites and we can for sure say it is a very nice feature to have on any website. There are many times when you are editing a post and you quickly want to check what other users are up to – then this quick access to the log is just awesome.
