We’ve Improved Our GDPR & Data Storage Documentation

We’ve refreshed our GDPR and privacy documentation to better answer common questions about how Simple History handles user data.

What’s New?

Our updated support page now provides clearer information about:

  • What data the plugin stores (and where it’s stored)
  • How to configure data retention periods
  • Options for anonymizing IP addresses
  • Common GDPR-related questions

Quick Reminder

Simple History doesn’t use cookies, Google Fonts, or local storage, and all data stays in your WordPress database.

As with all WordPress plugins, configuring for compliance remains the responsibility of site administrators, but we hope these improved docs make that job a bit easier.
