π Simple History 5.9.0 is here with an exciting new Stats & Summaries page that gives you a quick overview of your site’s activity.
We’re thrilled to announce this release, which adds a completely new feature we’ve been wanting to implement for a long time: a dedicated page for stats and summaries that provides valuable insights into your logged data.
While the real-time event feed remains the core feature of Simple History, we’ve long recognized the need for a more concise summary view. The new Stats & Summaries page addresses this perfectly – especially useful for websites you only occasionally manage, where scrolling through numerous events isn’t practical.
The Stats & Summaries page provides valuable information at a glance:
- Quick metrics including total events, active users, and content creation
- A visual chart showing daily logged events
- Detailed breakdowns of user activity
- Expandable sections to view specific details (like media uploads)
